SAM
(indignant)
I don't know.
MILLIE
Well let her know that she needs to respond to my question ASAP,
the future of mathletes depends on it.
SAM
Oh the mathletes? She told me she wasn't going to
join this year.
MILLIE
(sighs)
Oh well alright, I guess I'll see you guys around......Oh yeah do you
know if she's going to the homecoming dance?
SAM
Probably not, you know how she feels about dances
and those kind of things.
MILLIE
Oh yeah right, of course.
Millie sadly walks away back towards the cafeteria scanning the room for somewhere to sit.
